The first thing we do is a pre-inspection with you the customer to address any concerns you might have. This will give us an idea of how contaminated your carpet really is.
Any pet stains that stand out, we will treat with a urine stain remover solution. We’ll steam clean your carpet to get out as much of the pet urine as possible. We’ll spray encapsulator and deodorizer on the contaminated areas to make it smell fresh again.
Many times, right after we leave, your lovable pet wants to re-mark his territory. We even include peace of mind if this should happen. As your dedicated residential carpet cleaners, we’ll come back once more to re-treat an area for FREE if this should happen.

The Extreme Cases
If the first level doesn’t fit your carpet cleaning needs, we have specific steps to follow for more extreme cases.
- Inspect carpet
- Pull back the carpet
- Replace padding
- Spray front and back with enzyme cleaner
- Clean front and back of carpet
- Encapsulate front and back of carpet
- Dry front and back of carpet
- Reinstall carpet

When level one and level two are not appropriate:
- Seal the subflooring
- Replace pad
- Install new carpet
